If the total weight of the order just exceeds the maximum weight, we might send without original shoe boxes to save on delivery costs.

In most cases there will be an additional shipping fee on orders above 2 kg. We will always contact you for approval og extra shipping costs before shipping.

MilkyWalk is not in control of customs and please know that you will be responsible to pay any customs charges and local fees that may apply before you can happily get your order in your hands. 

Please note that we do not send furniture or any other item bigger than 90 cm (length+width+height) outside of Denmark and Sweden.


Return policy: 

At MilkyWalk, we know that sometimes you get something that doesn't quite work. That is okay, because you have 30 days from when you get your order to return things and get your money back. Please send back your order with its unused items, if possible, in the original boxes or packaging for a full refund if you aren't totally satisfied.

We recommend postal insurance if available, as lost packages on the way to our warehouse are not able to be refunded. Know that by returning your package, or refusing it at deliver, means that the postal cost back to us are for you to cover. Once we get the package, you will get an e-mail confirmation and your order is refunded.

Please include the return label in your return package. If the return label is lost, please include your order number and contact information.

We will refund your initial delivery cost if you return all purchased items. If you decide to keep some items and only make a partial return, we won't give you back any delivery cost. 

As we are sure you can understand, all items must be unused in order to get a full refund. Partial or no refunds might be the outcome if the items are used or damaged when returned. 


Faulty items:

We like to make sure our brands are top notch. But sometimes, things can happen that makes the quality of a product not where we would like it. After receiving your items, make sure to give things a good inspection. If within two years of delivery your goods are not as advertised or faulty, please contact us for a repair, refund or price reduction. Make sure to speak with us before sending back things so we can work out how to help you best. If we ask you to return a faulty item MilkyWalk will be responsible for the returning costs.

Payment:

We've made it easy to purchase our items. We accept online payments with all major debit and credit cards, and never even charge you a processing fee.
