Fit, sizing and care

These boots include a removable insole, which makes them easy to dry. Natural rubber may develop a white layer called “blooming”, which can be removed with neutral oil. Regular oiling helps prevent cracks and keeps the rubber soft.

Use an oil-based waterproofing spray without PFAS. Avoid spraying the outer sole to prevent slipperiness. Dry at room temperature. If wet inside, fill them with newspaper. Store upright in a dry, cool, dark space.

Sizing guide

The boots may run large. At MilkyWalk, we measure all shoes ourselves each season using an internal measuring device. Our size chart reflects the actual internal space in the boot – not the insole length. Insoles can be either slightly shorter or longer, and in some cases, may fold slightly inside the boot if too long.
