We personally measure all shoes/models each season using an internal measuring device. We measure the actual space inside the shoe, not the insole. The insole may be either larger or smaller than our measurements. In some cases, the insole is slightly smaller than the available space inside the shoe, and in others, it can be slightly larger, causing it to fold a bit inside the boot.
