According to Birkenstock's own width indication, this model is narrow. Most Birkenstock sandals for kids are made in this narrow version. Size guide:

We recommend only 0.5 cm growth allowance in this type of sandal. Too much extra room will result in a poor fit. If your child's foot measures 20 cm, the sandal's internal length should be around 20.5 cm. See our measurement chart and inner lengths above.
